With MyTab, customers have two service options. The first is Takeaway, which allows users to order menu items from anywhere within the venue or from nearby venues within a 15km radius. Users are notified when their order is ready for collection through a unique 4 letter code and can then proceed to the designated pick-up location.
The second option is Table Service, which enables customers to order directly from their table within the venue. By including their table number during the order process, customers can continue socializing without needing to leave their seat. The staff will bring the order to the table when it is ready.
